50 North & Beyond: Chronic Condition Management Program First Session: Tuesdays, April 4 - May 30. 10:00 am - 11:00 am (no class May 9)
If you are living with a chronic health condition, this program is for you! This free 8-week program is designed to help participants successfully understand and manage their chronic conditions. Led by Licensed Social Worker Marley Miller and Registered Nurse Cathi Swiney, participants will receive support, resources, and health checks throughout each session. Participants can expect to learn about stress management, sleep importance, nutrition, healthy and balance living, medication management, pain and symptom management, living will and advanced directives, and more!

SOS PROGRAM: The Support our Seniors Program has funds available to help senior citizens who are 50 and older and living in Tuscarawas County. The purpose of the program is to
provide emergency assistance to our most vulnerable seniors who need financial help with things such as utility bills and minor home repairs. An application can be picked up at the
Senior Center.

BINGOCIZE: Second Thursday of the month, beginning May 11, at 12:15 p.m. Sign up at the front desk. Limited to the first 20 participants. This is a FREE event. Bingocize is fun and interactive program to promote fall prevention. Bingocize implements simple exercises that help with preventing falls, but also includes education. The program is led by trained staff from the Tuscarawas County Health Department.
